Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that our clients are satisfied with our services. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. Our refund policy is as follows:

1.Partial Refunds

If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a partial refund for the unused days of your monthly subscription. The refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining days of the subscription period. To request a refund, please contact us at support@maagig.com.

2.Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available for the current subscription period. Refund requests must be made within the subscription period to be eligible. Refunds will not be provided for previous subscription periods.

3.Processing Refunds

Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund through Paddle, our merchant of record. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

4.Non-Refundable Services

Certain services may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Design outcomes that have been completed and delivered.
  • Any third-party products or services purchased on your behalf.

5.Subscription Pause

You have the right to pause your subscription at any time. If you choose to pause your subscription, we will stop providing our services, and Paddle will handle the subscription pause process. You can reactivate your paused subscription within one year. To pause or reactivate your subscription, please contact us at support@maagig.com.
